Shipping

During the ordering procedure, Marina Bulla Jewelry will inform you of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. You will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen. Marina Bulla Jewelry reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, your credit or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.
 
Orders placed by 12:00PM EST Monday through Friday or after, are typically shipped the following business day. Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. While Marina Bulla Jewelry cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines:
 
Standard (UPS Ground)
The order will generally be delivered within four to seven (4 to 7) business days from the shipment date.
 
Express (UPS Express)
The order will generally be delivered within two to three (2 to 3) business days from the shipment date.
 
Marina Bulla Jewelry shall not be held liable for any delay in shipping. Upon delivery, a signature confirmation by a person of 21+ years is required for all MarinaBulla.com orders above $500. You acknowledge that any person taking delivery of the products at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally, but please note that international customers must first contact us for a shipping quote before completing their purchase. You will not be able to proceed with the checkout process until we provide this quote. Once you reach out to us via the Contact Us form, we will provide you with a shipping estimate and issue an invoice for payment. You can choose to pay via the invoice link or through PayPal, whichever you prefer.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order upon arrival. These charges vary by country, and we have no control or knowledge of them. We recommend checking with your local postal carrier and/or customs office to understand what charges might apply to your shipment. Please also note that customs delays are sometimes unavoidable and completely out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these cases.

Return Policy

You may return any product that you purchased through the Website for a refund or exchange, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
 
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must clearly inform us of your intention by completing the online Contact Us form. Please ensure you indicate "Return" in the subject field.

Please note that custom orders and personalized products, including items with custom signage, are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned products must meet the following criteria:
·       The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and any free items received as part of your order.
·       A printed copy of the invoice received via email must be included with the return.
·       Security tags must remain intact and unremoved.
·       Warranty/authenticity cards (if applicable) must be returned with the product.
All returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection before they are accepted. We cannot accept any items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to resizing). You will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned products only, the order shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
